Who Is Eligible for Telehealth? Find out here if you are eligible for telehealth appointments. 1. You must live in the state of South Dakota. 2. You must be in the state of South Dakota at the time of service. 3. If you have insurance, we require that you check with your insurance directly to discover if your plan covers telehealth counseling. Be sure to ask them about your deductible, copay, and co-insurance for the service of individual counseling. 4. If you do not have insurance and are a self-paying client, please be aware that the payment is due at the time of service. If you find that you are unable to pay for the service, please communicate that with us so that we may reschedule the appointment for when you are able to. Furthermore, there is some additional paperwork required before beginning your care. Be sure to ask any questions before your appointment. 5. All intake documents must be completely filed out and sent back to our office. This is conveniently done via the client portal. Once you fill out the paperwork on the portal, it will automatically upload onto our system. Once these are completed, you are all set up and ready to receive the mental health services you have been looking for! |
