Whether you are experiencing overwhelming stress or feeling stuck in the waves of life, one-on-one counseling can offer clarity if your life. Connect with a professional who will work alongside you to identify personal challenges, facilitate new growth, and provide a safe space to experience the spectrum of human emotions. We believe each client’s challenges are unique. It is our goal to ensure that you feel supported and know you are not alone.
We believe individual counseling is a collaboration between the counselor and client that cultivates insight and awareness. Feelings, thoughts, and behaviors are identified to facilitate change and increase your quality of life. Awareness is the key that opens the door to the process of change. When we are open to understanding these unknown topics, we can create change. What To Expect We begin counseling with an initial intake session, where you’ll meet with your counselor at a time that works for you. Together, you'll create a personalized care plan, identify your goals, and explore any challenges that may be standing in your way. Your counselor will monitor your progress and provide support every step of the way. Clinical Conditions Addressed in Therapy

How To Begin Your Care Begin your care by reaching out to us. From your first contact, we'll schedule your appointment based on your counselor preference and availability. Once we receive your counselor preference, you'll be given access to our intake paperwork through the client portal. You'll then complete the standard forms and a questionnaire, which gives you the opportunity to share more about yourself and your goals for counseling. Once we receive your information, we’ll verify your insurance benefits (if applicable) and begin the process of starting your care.
