We believe individual counseling is a collaboration between the counselor and client cultivating awareness. When we are open to understanding these unknown topics, we can create change. What To Expect We begin our counseling with an initial intake. You will meet with your counselor on your schedule. Together, you will craft a care plan. Together, we can identify your goals and the challenges that are blocking your success in these goals. How To Begin Your Care Begin your care by contacting us. From initial contact, we will set you up based on your preferences for a counselor. Once we receive your preferences for a counselor, we will provide access to our intake paperwork via the client portal. Then, you will complete our standard intake paperwork and questionnaire. The questionnaire provides an opportunity to tell your counselor about yourself and your goals in counseling. After we receive your information, we will work to verify your insurance benefits (if applicable) and start your care. View the contact us tab to select your preferred method of contact. |
