We are open Monday - Friday 11:00 - 7:00 Saturday and Sunday by appointment only contact Footsteps Counseling at 605-725-2155. You can schedule your appointments online through the Client Portal or if you do not see a time opening please call Footsteps Counseling to schedule your appointments.
Length of Visit(s): Intake Evaluation - 53 to 60 minutes Standard Individual/Family Counseling Session - 53 to 60 Minutes Standard Group Therapy Sessions - 53 to 60 Minutes
Payments Accepted: Cash, Check and all Major Credit Cards are accepted

You may also ask for a statement of services that you may submit to your insurance company directly. Please be aware that submitting an invoice for reimbursement carries a certain amount of risk, as we cannot control how your information is used once submitted. Not all therapeutic services are reimbursable by insurance; it is your responsibility to verify the specifics of your coverage. Contact your insurance provider prior to services to find out if they will reimburse you directly for the out-of-network services.
***Please Note: Footsteps Counseling does not accept Medicare***if you would like to been seen by one of our counselors, Footsteps Counseling requires payment at the time of service. If you need, we can provide you will a bill so you can submit it into your insurance.

Cancellation Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified our office 4 hours in advance you will be required to pay $30.00 for the missed session. This fee will be billed directly to you.
Cash Pay Clients can Receive: Military both active and veterans receive 10% discount on services that are paid in cash on day of visit. Note: Cannot receive discount if there is already a reduced fee for service. . Victims of Domestic Violence, Sexual Abuse or Stalking receive 10% discount on services that are paid in cash on day of visit. Note: Cannot receive discount if there is already a reduced fee for service.
Note: All Payments or Co-Payments are due at the time of service. Client is responsible for all charges. We will do our best to submit your claim to insurance for payment, but client is responsible for denied charges, deductible claims, co-pays and co-insurances.
